We chose ELAINE SIMMS at Ken Miller & Associates, to list our house, from a friend who chose her and it was the best decision we could have made. ELAINE provided a referral for a painter to patch and paint, a yard care person for weeding, trimming bushes and lawn care, a move out house cleaner and she took care of numerous tasks herself. Her amazing friendly personality and help with negotiations, made our quick sale so pleasant. Thank you ELAINE! We’ve gained a wonderful new friend!

My husband and I bought a home through KEN MILLER and Associates five years ago. When it came time to sell that home this summer, we did not hesitate to give Ken a call to get the ball rolling. We were again extremely pleased with his services. Because of his reputation for selling King City Highlands homes, he actually received a call from a Beaverton realtor the day before our home was to hit the market. The client viewed the home that night and immediately made a very good cash offer over asking price, and we accepted. Because we were then on vacation with family on the East Coast, Ken followed through on everything needed to keep the sale on track. After the new owner had moved in, he even got her permission to get some shower measurements for us so that we can have similar work done at our new place. That is really going above and beyond. We highly recommend SANDY BREWER as a realtor. We never would have been able to buy our condominium without her help! Sandy was the one who made it happen! Sandy was ready to help every step of the process. We are so thankful and grateful for all her help. Furthermore, she saved us when something happened to our loan two weeks before our escrow closed. Our mortgage lender told us that there was a problem with some of the rules of the HOA for the condominium. We could not believe that after four weeks, they cancelled our loan. In disbelief, we called Sandy to let her know what had happened with the loan. Immediately she told us not to worry and that she would help us solve the problem. Right away she put us in contact with a Mortgage lender that was not only able to approve our loan but finish the process within the two-week deadline. ELAINE went way out of her way to help during snow and ice while we were trying to get house ready for sale and was right there with answers whenever needed. She kept me well informed and did many extras because I had moved away. She even went over and watered a plant on porch. ELAINE SIMMS recently helped my sister and I sell our mother\'s condo in King City. Elaine did a wonderful job for us under difficult conditions. Our mother is 91 years old and for all practical considerations was not able to participate in the sale of her condo. Further complicating the situation, my sister and I live out of state. Elaine is very knowledgeable and helped us in many ways throughout the entire sales process. She also kept us informed every step of the way. I was expecting to have to fly out to Portland to assist my mom with the closing process. However, Elaine was able to take all the required paperwork to my mom for signature (which Elaine sent to my sister and I for review and approval beforehand). This prevented me from having to fly out to Portland for the condo closing. In summary, I highly recommend Elaine Simms for any real estate services you may need.

ELAINE SIMMS just helped me sell my home in King City. She also helped me purchase the same home four years ago. I have complete confidence in Elaine and now consider her a friend. She really is an extraordinary realtor cheerfully going about putting out all the fires that can occur during a real estate transaction. I moved to Florida to be with family and she handled every detail calling me often with updates and problem solving all the while. I signed via a program called DocuSign and even had a notary come to where I was staying. The process was smooth for me but I can’t imagine how it was for Elaine. She just handled the problems, keeping me advised and I cannot imagine anyone doing it better. She is a treasure.

I just wanted to tell you how great it was working with VICKI, she listed and sold my property at the Highlands a few months ago. I had heard all good things about her through the six years I lived there. I always thought that when and if the time came I would most definitely hire her as my agent. I sure am glad and happy with my decision, she did not disappoint. She went above and beyond my expectations as to what a realtor\'s responsibility should be. I listed it with her and moved back to San Diego the following day, I pretty much left her in charge and she pretty much single handedly took care of all the odds and ends that needed to be completed in order to deal with all of the home inspection issues that were found and there were many, and to get the place through escrow within the deadline and the closing date. She was always professional, experienced, and always got back to me in a very timely manner and always had a good and positive demeanor. She was a real joy to work with and I would like to put in a good word or two for her. My place listed and sold the next day and I feel that it was all pretty much due to VICKI\'s skills and knowledge.

I just sold my condo in Summerfield with outstanding assistance from ELAINE SIMMS from Ken Miller & Associates. She staged the unit, arranged for photos and got it listed in record time. Once I had accepted an offer she went above and beyond to facilitate necessary repairs including (aaaack!) a need for radon mitigation! What could have been a nightmare scenario became, instead, a manageable situation thanks to Elaine\'s research & coordination between testing companies, the HOA, radon mitigation services, and construction services. Between the time the property was listed and signing the closing documents, I never, not once!, had to drive to Tigard to deal with anything. Elaine just plain took care of it!

VICKI is very professionals and easy to work with, she willing to spend the extra time with you to make sure your sale goes smoothly. She gives good advice, but also listen to your concerns.
