I\'m getting ready to book again. You couldn\'t ask for a more centrally located place to stay,The Cabo Cantina has the best food,drinks,and employees,they are located downstairs. Angel at the Caboholics store is the greatest guy you will meet in Cabo, and he is the go to guy for all the answers to questions you might have,and to book all your activities while in Cabo. He\'s located down stairs also. Oh yes and Maddie is the BEST!! It was so much better than staying in one of the Hotels.  It had all the comforts of home.  The big screen TV with the American channels was a nice surprise.  And even though it is hot during July, the air conditioners did a fantastic job and I was very comfortable.  Its location behind the Caboholic Store and Cabo Cantina was perfect, along with the short walk to the Marina. The two balconies gave me a good place to smoke and take in the view. Maddie has painted, re-furnished, and put a shine on the place like it never had before! Plus, it\'s no more than a five minute crawl-home from all the favorite spots in Cabo! Location, location, location! It also has views of Downtown and the Marina/Bay/Cape Marine from its two balconies!  I\'m no stranger to this condo, not only being a guest there many, many times, but I, along with eight or ten others, rode out Hurricane Odile in this condo! It was one of only two in the entire building that sustained no damage! If you are thinking about booking a trip during hurricane season, this is the safest place in town, and you won\'t have to cancel your trip if a storm is on the horizon! They usually take a left well before they approach the peninsula, anyway! But if it doesn\'t, it\'s better to be safe than sorry! All kidding aside, after living for a few years in Cabo, this building is the ideal place in town to hang your hat, and this is one of the best condos in the building! Unless I hit one of those big lotteries, and buy a huge house in Pedregal, I plan on booking all my future trips on the availability of this place! I can\'t recommend it enough!
