We bought this nest bed five years ago for our chocolate labrador. Honestly it was the best thing we ever did ! after going through a cheap bed every 6mths this one still looks like brand new even after 5 years to everyday use !! I would highly recommend Tuffies to anyone and in fact we\'ll getting another for our new dog
Just received our large Tuffie Durasoft. It\'s gorgeous and so wish we had got one before instead of buying cheap pet shop beds.
Simply, the best dog bed we\'ve ever had. We bought this as a treat for our older Weimaraner a year ago after a life saving operation for her. I really, really wish we\'d taken the plunge and got her one years ago. Over the course of her life, she\'s flattened and wrecked every bed we\'ve tried but this is super robust and yet incredibly comfy for her. The high sides keep the drafts out and I LOVE the colour (deep red). Easy to keep clean also. I didn\'t want to pay this much for a bed, but long term this will clearly save a lot of money!! It\'s a bit heavy to move around but worth it for the durability. Just need to save up for one for our Cocker Spaniel now!
I absolutely LOVE the nest with the fleece liner. My poor boy had bladder issues so to have a waterproof and washable bed is essential. I simply put the liner in the machine and scrub the bed. The xl is huge and I can often be found snuggling up with the 2 dogs in their bed. A bit expensive but worth every single penny.
We now have two tuffies nests, they are the nest dog beds ever. We have had our large kingfisher next for nearly 4 years and it still looks new (once cleaned throughly twice a year). Highly recommend, totally worth the investment.
We recently purchased a tuffie nest for our labradors thinking they would use it occassionally whilst in the \'living room\' ...... how wrong were we! They love it - infact we can\'t get them out! The extra large tuffie fits two good sized labradors in or would provide one large dog plenty of room. \r\nWouldn\'t hesitate to recommend tuffies (we also have two wipe clean tuffies which still look new 12 months later).
Fantastic quality and long lasting bed. Would definitely recommend to a fellow dog lover.
My old GSD was awarded one of these beds and it\'s still in fantastic condition, initially he wasn\'t sure as it was the first \'comfy\' bed he\'d ever had but once he noticed me using it he took it over and was always found in it. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone, I\'d happily use it if I ever got the chance.
We call our Tuffie nest the \"Rolls Royce\" because simply, it is a fabulous, luxury dog bed which looks as good today as it did 4 years ago when I purchased it. We even have photos of our toddler Grandaughter sitting in it as she says it\'s so snug and comfy. We also have the Plastic Bed liner which is becoming slightly worn but only after being used every single night for years! These beds are brilliant and worth the definitely worth paying extra for.
My dog Digby just loves my parents\' dogs\' Tuffies nest! The bed is meant to be for their labrador and border terrier but this doesn\'t bother Digby in the slightest. Also a labrador, he happily squeezes himself in so that 2 labradors and 1 border terrier can sleep snuggly in the XL sized nest! In fact the only thing Digby is bothered about is that he gets in the bed first so he can sprawl out as much as possible to stop the others from joining him! Amazing quality beds which have been given the paw of approval. Nothing better than snuggling up in a Tuffies nest after a wet and muddy autumn walk!
We bought the large nest for our old boxer about 3 years ago. It\'s brilliant. It\'s so comfy, which was important as he suffers from arthritis. It\'s wipe clean so has been great should either of our dogs have any accidents, particularly in their old age. We love the fleece that came with the cushion - it\'s a thick material, washes really well and dries quick too. We bought another fleece cover just so we could alternate in between washes. We have bought another nest previously as a gift for someone and we\'re considering buying another for ourselves as the oldest dog isn\'t overly keen on sharing.
Fantastic quality and extremely comfortable bed, I had to sell and change to the flat tuffie bed as the sides were too high for my boy to jump into with his spinal condition
We have a durasoft nest in a large for our Golden Retriever and she loves it. We had other beds before but if she was wet they would just soak through and smell damp. This is great for her! She loves it! Well worth the money.
So comfy the children snuggle into the nest along with the dogs to watch TV. So pleased I bought the biggest one!
Chewie is delighted with his new bed, its sooo cosy - he loves the high walls. I literally cannot get him out of it in a morning, and its the first thing he jumps in when I get him home...he\'s one happy dog!! :)
We have a nest and the dogs love it. Worth every penny and more. Hard wearing which is ideal when you have puppies trying to chew the edges!
As a dog walker and home boarder we have 4 Tuffies beds. 2 nests and 2 flat beds ( 1 tunnel cover) I can\'t recommend them enough. Not only for comfort but for hygiene reasons. Amazing at keeping clean ans they always look as good as new. My own dog is recovering from spinal damage and also a broken elbow. He can\'t control his bladder and bowels but life is made loads easier with these beds knowing that he\'s comfortable and I can easily keep him clean and dry.
I cannot recommend Tuffies beds enough and the durasoft nest has proven to be a fantastic investment for my now 9 month old retriever puppy. Prior to getting the nest, he was difficult to settle at night and whimpered when left on his own. However, once he got the \"nest\", he settled into it right away. He brings toys and teddies into it and has turned it into his own \"den\". It has definitely given him a sense of security. \r\nQuality wise, it is excellent. The fabric is tough yet soft and the fleece covered mattress so cosy. The sides of nest are sturdy and stay upright even with a puppy clambering in and out several times a day! \r\nI find it so easy to just hoover any hairs that stick to the nest and sponge it down when necessary. \r\nDefinitely worth every cent, so glad I invested in this fantastic product. \r\n
Three years old and still in excellent condition, after being used daily by my labradors, previous dog beds lasted less than three months and were completely flat. Initial outlay may seem expensive, but if I continued to buy new beds every few months, my outlay would be far greater by now. I would certainly buy again and am considering buying the flat type for use downstairs, I do not anticipate having to replace the tuffies nest at any time in the next few years.
Our 2yo German Shorthaired Pointer loves his nest. He curls up, sleeps upside down with all on show and gets into a whole host of weird and wonderful sleeping positions. It has not damaged at all due to its strong durable materiel; it\'s been put through it, as has had to be hosed and it dried and was really easy to clean. He chews his bone in there each evening as the nest is in the lounge, and he digs at it when he burys items down the sides and there is no evidence of his digging!! I wouldn\'t leave him alone and go out as he has a habit of chewing beds and so is left in his crate when we go out. He\'s had this bed for a year and a half and we can\'t wait to get him a flat bed for his crate now he no longer chews his beds. All doggy visitors also like going in his bed especially in the winter as it\'s all cosy. Brilliant customer service and fast delivery too, we\'d highly recommend Tuffies.
[Pedro says ... ] My lovely owner bought my tuffies durasoft bed for me nearly 2 years ago. I love it even as much as the sofa, but this is all mine even if the cats like to join me ocassionally ... [owner says ...] 2 years on this is a great bed, hard wearing and keeps the drafts off our simple but loveable dog and any guest that visits always tells us that the dog has a better bed than they do, to be fair they are right, but hey-ho, acceptable loss! Thank you tuffies!
This bed is great! My GSD and mums two Labradors love this. A large fits the two labs in easily, my GSD tries to squeeze in but doesn\'t manage unless a lab gets out. It\'s great for older dogs as they have a nice soft edge to rest their head on. I would recommend this to all dog owners!
My dog chooses this cosy nest in the winter as we live in a draughty old house. He loves it and after many years of use the mattress is still good and firm. I have to confess that I woke up in it myself one morning after consuming too much alcohol at a party. I woke feeling refreshed and without a hangover. On this basis I can say the nest is the best for woman and dog.
Have had far too many experiences of cheap beds that go flat in no time so bought my girl a nest nearly two years ago and it still looks brand new! House guests have even tested it out its so comfy!
I have a large German Wirehaired Pointer and had been eyeing up this bed for ages before being lucky enough to get one. It\'s brilliant, really sturdy, easy to clean and comfy and draft free for my dog. It\'s really heavy too so doesn\'t slide about all over the floor. The service was brilliant, couldn\'t have been friendlier and more helpful and was delivered quickly. The worst but was choosing the colour!! I went for teal which looks gorgeous. Would recommend one in a heartbeat. Thanks Tuffies x
I have a male Great Dane, approximately 75kg in weight. He has the XXL nest and has plenty of room to stretch out. Easy to wipe clean following being slobbered on. This is the best dog bed any of my dogs have ever had. We wouldn\'t have any others now.
I have a bit of an obsesssion with buying new dog beds, however since discovering Tuffies I no longer have any excuses as to why I need to buy a new bed!\r\nThey don\'t start to smell, scrub up like new and keep there shape regardless of the size of the dog. I even left one outside for a few weeks and thought it will definitely need replacing now, nope scrubbed up beautifully! \r\nI purchased a medium nest for my Chihuahuas to snuggle up in however I often find my GSD squeezed into it! We only have Tuffies beds in our house (and van) now
The quality of these beds has to be seen to be believed, plus they look good.\r\nMy Staffie and my three cats all love it, I have no doubt it will still be going strong for many many years to come.\r\nReally quick delivery too, I had mine in three days.
This Bed is honestly the best dog bed we have EVER brought. It\'s sturdy yet comfy, warm and washable. We go on holiday with 12 other dogs and its always the tuffies Durasoft nest that they all want to sleep in. Very happy customer :-)
Having 3 labradors, I found it hard to find a bed that would a) fit more than one in comfortably b) withstand their \'relaxed\' way of sleeping and c) be easily cleaned after muddy walks. The tuffies xl nest ticked all of these moves and more! It\'s withstands my 2 bolshy boys sleeping in it together and has maintained its shape for well over 3 years! If it gets grubby, I just sponge it down and hose it off, it\'s dry and ready to go if left in the sun within an hour. The fleece cover for the Base cushion has withstood copious amounts of digging and nesting, as has the Base cushion which is still the same shape as when I brought it. The bed is, as the name suggests, tough! We had a new puppy who did attempt to chew it but didn\'t really make a mark. It doesn\'t hold smell like other beds I\'ve brought either, and the fleece cover is easy to remove and wash if it does get a bit stinky. The best thing is though my very picky older lady practically lives in it after rejecting many other beds I\'ve brought! The best purchase I\'ve made for my dogs over all, so much so I also brought a mattress for the puppies crate too!

Ok so these beds are pretty pricey and that is what put me off for such a long time but I saw them at crufts and I finally spent out and got one and have had it 3/4years. Before this I was replacing moderately expensive beds around once a year. So whilst they are expensive their quality means they are actually more economical! I have a 40kg Dobi and there has been so squashing, flattening of the bed, it\'s still as good new! Worth every penny
I bought our GSP Mouse a nest about a year ago and it still looks brand new. I bought her the large and she has plenty of space in it for stretching out. The material is so easy to clean and the fleece covers wash up really well. As expected, the stuffing hasn\'t become lumpy or bunched at one end like cheaper beds. Tuffies products are expensive but the quality and service are fantastic. I wouldn\'t buy another brand of dog bed.
We bought the X large wipe clean nest because springers and lurchers get mucky and this bed has been tested to the full and has come up trumps every time. Our dogs love it and often snuggle up together in it, much to Ted Lurcher\'s disgust because he insists that it\'s his bed really and that the others should have one of their own.
We seen this bed at the Scone Game Fair , a couple of years ago now.\r\nI thought \"not another dog bed\" Molly loves to scrape up her bed before settling and we had went through loads of other beds.\r\n2 houses on and lots of scrapping its not only lasted but still looking good.\r\nMolly loves it too! \r\n
My Basset loves to be snugly & I was fed up with beds that didn\'t hold their shape until I found this!The Durasoft nest is ideal for her, I can easily (frequently!) wipe her drool off it, super easy to clean. High quality materials & finish, this is a bed life. Great customer service when I made my initial enquiries, very helpful.
Was thrilled to finally be able to afford a Tuffies XL in August 2015. It\'s lived up to its reputation. 3 Labradors love sleeping all together in it. Very easy to clean with a bit of soapy water and a brush. Let it dry and hop you have an as new bed :) It is hard wearing and does not collapse on the sides so it\'s ideal for dogs with heavy heads resting on it. My children also love sitting in it for a one to one with their dog... Could not recommend it enough !
After many years of trying to find a bed he would use, our dog adores his Durasoft nest. Previously he would quickly destroy beds through digging, I think in frustration at lumpy stuffing but we\'ve had the nest a year and he never digs at it. Really impressed with the quality of the bed, it is well worth the money and goes everywhere with us. Our \'couch potato\' dog now frequently chooses his nest over the sofa or our bed which I never thought I would see!
We bought the large nest bed for our vizsla Woody. I had asked around and heard lots of very good praise about these beds and they weren\'t wrong! I highly recommend these beds! Woody did claw/chew through the fleece cover, but the actual nest and mattress are as tuff as ever! He\'s never even tried to chew the bed or mattress. They are expensive, but when you add up how much you would spend buying other beds and needing to replace them every few months/years, then you realise it\'s well worth paying out for these beds as that\'s the only bed you\'ll need to buy!
We chose an XL because we added a 2nd dog to the family. This is the perfect size for 2 vizslas and has room to spare. The sides mean that both rest their heads on them and are protected from drafts. I vacuum the hairs every week and it always looks like new. A really sturdy bed which will last your dog\'s lifetime and beyond. Lovely customer service too!
This was the first product that we purchased from tuffies, and we (including our dog!) were not disappointed. As soon as we unwrapped the parcel and placed the bed on the floor, our dog jumped in and has really wanted to get out!!..seriously some mornings we literally have to get him out of the bed, as soon as he comes into the house he makes a bee line for the bed!
I spend ages looking for a dog bed for my spaniel, that he could rest his head on the sides that didn\'t go flat. I have not been dissapointed by this fabulous bed. He just loves it, it\'s comfy, cosy and never goes flat! The bed is now 4 years old and as good as new. Best dog bed we ever had!
Fantastic beds, very durable. Could do with another as my dogs love it so much they all squeeze into one!
