The tech came over, explained the problem.  I had him replace springs on 2 doors, add 2 new entry pads and 2 car remotes and basically tune up both units.  But most impressive was that he solved a problem I was having for many years in about 30 seconds..  Many times the outdoor pad would not work right and I had to press the code several times.  He knew exactly what the problem was.  The LED lights in the garage door opener unit was interfering with the signal.  Who knew that LED lights gave off signal?  Replaced with incandescent, Wala  problem solved.
