Really AMAZING!!! I had a very specific image of a group of people & even more names that I wanted laser engraved as an image in a small crystal which would itself FIT INSIDE a narrow URN OPENING. I\'ve got 20 3D laser crystals of various sorts (including Crystal Impressions from their heyday) and was sure I was cramming WAY too much into this small space and it would be illegible or worse. Honestly, if you are interested in having your pictures engraved inside the crystal, buy this product. It is fantastic wedding anniversary gift. I bought a 3D crystal heart for my parents 50 years anniversary and I had an older picture, 50 years ago when they got married. I was worried that my picture wasn\'t good enough. But their process somehow made it look better than the original. I am so amazed at how much detail was able to be put into it. Ucrystal did an amazing job turning it into a 3d version. I had ordered the clamshell photo crystal for a Christmas gift for a special girl who lost her mother when she was just a young girl. They took two pictures and put them together to make it look like one picture of the two of them together. Seeing as pictures like this don\'t exist this looked really nice. When I gave it to her on Christmas morning before she even took it out of the box she started to cry. That says it all. This was a perfect gift! I would have more of these made.
